Veronica “Roni” Crass, PT, DPT

Hi, I’m Veronica “Roni” Crass! I was born and raised on the island of O’ahu, Hawaii. After graduating from Punahou School, I moved to Los Angeles, California to attend Loyola Marymount University. I found a passion for learning about the anatomy and biomechanics of the human body, and decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. I attended Columbia University in New York City, and after graduation I moved to San Diego to begin my career as a physical therapist.

I started my path to pelvic health at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, where I spearheaded the Pediatric Pelvic Floor program in conjunction with the Urology department. When I moved to Los Angeles, I was able to mentor as a pelvic health physical therapist under Kathryn Kassai at Praxis Physical Therapy. I was able to work at a women’s health clinic, seeing primarily pregnant, postpartum and menopausal women for various pelvic floor issues, including urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. I was also able to work at another clinic that specialized in pelvic floor disorders with a focus on constipation and fecal incontinence. I had the opportunity to work as a Pelvic Health Specialist for a digital health tech company where I was able to provide coaching and support to the pregnant and postpartum community nation wide through providing virtual sessions. I also serve as an Ab Rehab Coach for Birth Recovery Center, a health & wellness company where I provide coaching and support to the postpartum community.

When I moved back to O`ahu in 2023, I was able to serve the island community at a local outpatient physical therapy clinic in Central O`ahu. I decided to start Lotus so that I could provide virtual and in home services for my clients so that I can tailor to their specific needs, without the hassle of dealing with the barriers of health insurance, waitlists and limited appointment times.

I currently offer virtual and in person pelvic floor physical therapy services for pregnancy, labor/delivery preparation, and postpartum. I will tailor your program specifically to you and your needs, so you can continue to do what you love!

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, running, golfing, surfing, and traveling. We are also expecting our first baby due August 2024!
