A Physical Therapist examines each person and then develops a treatment plan to improve their ability to move, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They are required to have a higher level of education and training, and have to take a national board examination and maintain their state license.
As a licensed Physical Therapist, I will provide a full evaluation, and develop a treatment plan with you to help you reach your goals.
And as a mobile Physical Therapist, I can cater to your busy schedule and provide you services in the comfort of your own home! No need to get into your car, or find a babysitter :)

At this time, I do not take health insurance. However, I can provide you a superbill that you can give to your health insurance company for reimbursement.

The cost of a 60 minute, one-on-one in person Physical Therapy session in the comfort of your home is $150. This price factors not only the physical therapy you will receive, but also for the cost of travel to you in your chosen space.
Package deals include:
6 session package = $750($125/session), and
10 session package = $1000($100/session)
Virtual sessions (45 min) are $85 each for those living in the State of Hawaii on an island other than O`ahu.
Private In-Person Prenatal Yoga classes (45 min) are $50.
If you would like to get a group of 2 or more people together for a Prenatal Yoga class in your home, pricing will be lowered to $33 per person.
Virtual Prenatal Yoga classes (30 min) are $30.

This is something we will discuss more in detail at our initial consult, but most people where whatever is most comfortable for them and whatever they can move around in.
While many people prefer this to be a more private time to focus on themselves, I am not opposed to your partner and/or children being present during our sessions.
